Game ***** department not giving feedback after a year!!!!!!!

After a year there was internal ***** on my account. Was sorted according to Game ***** department, but my name is still not cleared at credit check company's and they declined credit applications due to this. To date I still did not received any settelment letter to clear my name from Game but they did offer me a new card. I obviously declined due to the inconvience caused and my name is still seen as a bad debt payback person.
