Game delivery very disappointed!!!
Very disappointed and angry. I ordered a box of paper and two HP650 black ink cartridges from game for delivery as online they had stock and I paid a delivery fee. I received my order on Thursday the 30th of April. In the box was only the box of paper. I need this ink so urgently as I'm working from home. The cartridges were over priced in the first place but I ordered them as I really need them. Please send me my over priced ink cartridges I need them!! ON:*** I got hold of a consultant online yesterday and she said she had to follow up but didn't come back to me.

06 May 2020, 11:11Good day, if I don't get any response today, I will be taking this matter to the customer protection act. I have sent a request via email, sent a query via live chat, put it on hellopeter. And sent messages over Facebook and I get no follow up. I'm really upset about this. If you don't have stock give me a refund so I can get these cartridges elsewhere.
