Game delivery service too slow

delivery service is poor ..they make a 10 day delivery promise which is fair but it seems like they wait out the whole 10 days before they deliver no matter how close you are to a game store. bought a tv and it has been 6 days now so i called to follow up .easily said to me tv is still sitting in the warehouse .i would have collected it myself because game is nearby but the tv is too big for my vehicle.
