Game delivery poor service

Ordered a fridge, microwave and tv unit. They told me they could deliver it all together. I called 5 working days and they said that they couldn’t deliver all of the stock together and actually sold the tv stand which was a floor model that I had bought. Fought to get the fridge delivered but now I have called over 10 times without them calling me to find out what is happening with items I could have just taken myself. I asked them repeatedly must I take the smaller items myself and they said no they will deliver it all together.
