Game delivery failure

I bought a fridge from Game Kolonade on the 16th July and requested delivery. On Wednesday 19th July I recieved a phone call from delivery but was unable to answer the call as I was driving. I did however phone back just a few minutes later but the driver didn't answer any of my numerous calls. Today I had to throw away meat that started to rot and make a plan to store the rest by my daughter. I have been in contact with numerous branches just to get some kind of servic, even threatened to cancel the sale but no one has been bothered to resolve this!!! Terrible service!!!
