Game Delivery and Customer services are the worst.

Game online purchases are the worst. I hope that if anyone ever considers using the Game online platform that they would think twice or be assured that you would at least wait for a month to receive your order.

I have purchase a hob and oven set through the Game online platform and it has been 13 days since I paid and confirmed the order. I have a team of installers ready to install the items I bought but they have no items to install yet. I have phoned their customer service many times and still have not once received a call back in regards to my purchase.

I think the funniest thing of it all is that I actually allowed for double the advertised delivery time to be sure that I would not be left disappointed. Most of the customer service personnel are quite friendly however the last one tested my patience to the max.

To anyone that even considers using their online platform, please rethink your choice! there are other companies out there with much better service and with the exact same prices.
