Game Delivery and customer service

First time buying appliances From game and I am so disappointed. I bought a fridge from game greenacres PE ( store- 000G057) I was made aware that delivery will be Monday March 2nd 2026. I waited yesterday for the delivery nothing! I called customers service they could not help since it’s an in stores purchase they can only see the appliance was not picked up from the store. I called the store they said they are busy just took the order number and my phone after that nothing was done, called again this Morning they gave the same response. The service is poor and this is such an inconvenience having to delay my day to day life waiting for a delivery that God knows when it’s going be delivered. I would not recommend your store To anyone. To make matters worse I went out and bought groceries now I don’t have a fridge to them in. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
