Game delivers precracked goods

I ordered a dishwasher from Game online, which got delivered 2 days later. Upon opening the packaging I discovered the whole top of the dishwasher was cracked. My phone call to their service department was made within half an hour of delivery. Now I need to prove it to them by sending photos - from 4 angles. I took and sent the photos, waited 5 hours and phoned to ask if the query had progressed. I was then told I now need to send additional photos of the packaging. My feeling is they are playing delaying tactics. They can pick up the broken machine with packaging. No arrangement has been made, and no phone call from their side, no tracking number of help from their side. I am furious for the hoops I have to jump through to return damaged goods. Don't order online from them. They are not helpful at all. At the very least they could have phoned me and tried to save this sale. Now I want my money back and even that can only be done in 14 days? Funny but when you buy - they take your money straight away.
