Game Delivered a Defective Samsung Washing Machine – Shocking Service & Zero Accountability
I purchased a Samsung 27kg Top Loader washing machine from Game Online, it was delivered on 28 May 2026 — completely defective. From the very first test (with no load), the machine made a loud, abnormal motor noise. This was not a minor issue — the unit was never in working condition. I reported this immediately the next day. (30TOT) Since then, the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable:
I have been forced to provide the same information repeatedly, despite already submitting proof of purchase, serial numbers, and video evidence of the fault. Game’s support team shows no urgency and no ownership of the issue. A Samsung representative scheduled an inspection, causing us to leave work early — and then simply never called.
This is a clear case of a defective product being delivered, yet Game is treating it like a standard return process instead of taking accountability. Under the Consumer Protection Act, I am fully entitled to a replacement or refund — yet I am still chasing basic action and communication. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a retailer of this size. Customers should not have to fight this hard to resolve an issue that was caused by Game delivering a faulty product. I strongly caution others against purchasing appliances from Game Online based on this experience. I have left messages etc for the Customer Care Manager of Game to contact me, even that is not helping. Samsung opened a Job Card today, to fix the machine but trying to phone them and telling them that I don't want a machine fixed that was delivered faulty is also a major challenge. Hopefully I will get action soon. :::
