Game defective goods

Bad customer service and products from game galleria store. Bought a hisense fridge just over a year ago. Fridge is not cooling properly, technicians came to fix, technicians claim its fixed and still not fixed. Come collect your defective fridge and replace me accordingly thats all i ask for.
