Game debit my account with 4 premiums

Game phoned me and a debit order was authorized for R2733.69 Today Game went and debited my bank account with R2733.69 and another R3175.95. I don't know where they get the R3175.95 from or the authorization to debit my absa account for that amount. My bank has now overdrawn and the bank manager at Absa filled an Rd for the R3175.95 and Rd cost for the unauthorized debit order wrongly charged. Game cost me an very good managed bank account to an Rd filled now on the account. I am furious - I only got the sms'se tonight on my phone and due to a very busy month end I left my cellphone in the drawer in the office. Our Adsl from Telkom was also down - Heilbron area - and I had to wait more than 2 hours for adsl to be restored before I could go on to the bank account tonight to see why my account is overdrawn. Game I am very dissatisfied - unhappy - furious - You had no authority to debit the account with a wrongly charged amount of R3175.95. I do not owe you R3175.95. I would like an apology letter to my manager and the rd cost which are charged by Absa refunded into my account. Your authorization was only R2733.69. Please look at your services. Very bad billing accounts department.
