Game damaged goods replacement nightmare!

Good day, I bought my refrigerator online (GAME) and was delivered a few days later and upon opening the package it was damaged. They used drivers from WUM-Drop or something like that. I lodged my query to get it replaced and it took them 2 weeks to just get their delivery guys to come pick it up and not sure how long it will take them to replace it. Apparently you cannot even go to your nearest Game store to get a replacement IF that store does not do online sales, I know right🤷♀️. So be careful of Game online purchases, they are very unprofessional, unreliable, inefficient and bad for your mental health if you know what i mean😶.
