Game

Day before yesterday, I bought a laptop (acer windows 11 intel Core i3 with a 1 year warranty) from Game (in Alberton City)- the Game employee encouraged me to buy that specific one- not the one I initially identified because it (the one I bought) is very high in speed and has a lot of space. I've been trying to use it for the past 2 days but it is very slow, so I tried to exchange it today and showed them what the problem is. The store manager told me that I have to call the acer company and specify the problem to them, he said I should even specify its speed (like I'm a technician), he said I should also be prepared to pay over 900 rands when the acer company takes in the laptop for inspections. I honestly feel violated because when I bought the laptop (which is super slow compared to my over 10 year old i3 laptop)- Game never mentioned the cons they mentioned to me today.
