Game customer support useless

I bought items online on the 29th of november 2019,until now I haven't received my item,the game support line us very useless,they don't assist at all,what they do is to tell you the status that you already know because you can check online,I contacted them more than 10 times but all the time I was not happy with the answers they provided.what they are good at is to apologize for the inconvenience yet not providing with any assistance.they always promise to call back but never do
