Game customer service non existing
Game Newcastle and Game Wonderpark - your customer service absolutely SUCK!! One would think that after lockdown people will jump to do a sale and get the revenue back, but NO. Too comfortable to just give the same ****ty service as before.........well, you have lost a sale.

Somebody called me, before I could even vent and explain WHY I bought the product somewhere else, the caller simply dropped the call on me!! If this person was really interested in resolving my issue, he could have just pretended to listen and then said he will address it, even though it would have been a lie!! This have gone from bad service to the worst!! Honestly.
