GAME CUSTOMER SERVICE NO HOLDING UP TO PROMISES

From my last review with Game l was contacted by their customer service with regards to my service repair and till today 37 days later am waiting for feedback and l only get response after l write on hellopeter as l have used R50 on airtime on the callcentre with no way forward.
