Game customer service is pathetic

Hi I purchased a logik mist fan from game gateway in january for R1000 rand cash I have lost the slip but it has a 2 year warranty and is not working now and game doesnt want to repair it even though i know the exact date and time it was purchased they refuse to reprint the slip for me.

I have the exact time and date it was purchased as i purchased a genesis hydro vac as a seperate transaction and have the slip so i hope you can assist me in reprinting the slip for the mist fan
