Game customer service has **** to me repeatedly

Good Day

I am very disappointed in game stores ,my washing machines spinner broke on the 8th of july right , logged my complaint & it's the 20th already 😡& they haven't fixed my machine yet & my damn washing is piling up for goodness sake ,they told me it takes up to 3-5 days for them to come out to fix the problem & to top it off it's the blady 3rd time I have to sit up with the same damn problem, I'm ever sorry I bought this damn machine & there system is really pathetic n disgusting

When I called in to find out why they taking so long to to address the matter they couldn't give me a proper answer to where the he'll it went wrong as to why they taking so damn long to come out ,can't even do there job properly God ****it
