Game customer service

Placed an order online for a bicycle on 12 December 2021 at Game. Called Game customer service, 20 December, it was at the store but not despatched. Called again today, 21 December, now I'm told there is no stock. Customer service agents don't know who is senior management when I requested a name. Pathetic service, from previous reviews, Game does not even reply...goes to show how much they care about customer service.
