Game cust service is pathetic!!!!

It's been 5 weeks and I am still waiting for my online order.... 2 weeks ago I requested for a refund I am still waiting.... No one even bothered coming back to me... I have to follow up and all I am getting... "It's with the Finance department for the last 2 weeks.. PATHETIC
