GAME CRESTA POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

good day , I would just like to express my disappointment in Game Cresta mall. I bought I washing machine there and are having trouble with it now I called ion the 7th of October sorted everything out as per the lady I spoke to I got a reference number and said to wait 3 to 4 days for a technician too call me with no luck i called and was told to wait the tech will call me , om Friday I called again as this was 5 days already just for Mpho to tell me I need to send in my warranty papers, but on the 7th when I first called I asked must I send my slip and warranty papers i was told no everything is appearing on the system, but Friday they needed that before they can assist me I asked if I can please report this matter as I feel its unfair to wait a whole week with no help Mpho said give me the reference I will get back to you its Monday and I haven't hear anything from Mpho or a technician , should I wait another week before getting any response from Game Cresta this is very unprofessional , I cannot wait a day longer to get a technician out to see to my washing machine I CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT MY LAUNDRY LOOKS LIKE VERY DISSIPOINTED IN GAME VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
