Game Cresta is a Circus!!!!!!

Poor service . Last year 17 Dec we bought the bread tin with coffee canisters. Then it was said the 3 canisters were sold out but their system does not say it's out of stock also the internet. Then new year came we came back to the store cause the internet said game at cresta has in stock. Then two weeks ago a sms was sent to say they will notify when they have it. Today the 28/01/2020 I'm at game and they advertising the bread tin and canisters again on special from 22Jan -4 Feb no one informs us they have in stock. Now the Manager went to go look if they have which his taking his time . Lucky after came back 20mins later with nothing wanted to give us a different one which I dont want!!!!!!!!

Clear Game at Cresta is running a circus because no one knows what's going on in the store with their stock..

Clearly no one wants to fix this. A man phoned on Wednesday and said he would send an email but nothing was sent. I sent an Email yesterday morning and yet there is no feedback yet.

This will be the last time I ever buy from Game cause your actions speak louder than just words over a phone call.

Pathetic Service from this Retail store and very unprofessional people . I will be informing everyone from my Family and Friends NEVER to buy from Game stores again...

I have never experienced such terrible customer service from Game.
I have paid for the product but game couldn't even update me they had the product in store cause you could advertise it.
worse store to ever shop.

It is almost the 17 Feb which is almost 2 months now and yet this matter has not be resolved. Clearly Game does not care enough about their Customers .....

So after Two months of no assistance only an email and 1 phone call from Game. We took Product back to Game . Not happy with service That Cresta Game has given or From Mlindeli Ngcana its just words trying to shut a paying Customer up. Game has lost a Customer which they didn't care about from the start.
