GAME CRESTA IS A *****
Bought a Hisense fridge dd 27 Nov 2025 (blk friday) and got delivered the 28 Nov - sales per Thabo Thokoane @ game cresta. Fridge delivered at my mother's place. Got to inspect the fridge 26 Dec only to realize it has a dent on the top door. Contacted game of the 27th Dec 2025 - they promised to come back to me, NO RESPONSE. I had to go instore twice after i had already emailed the store twice- they only responded in JANUARY 2026 only to be told had 7 days window period to complain about a defect. They are interested in meeting their daily target - they don't care about the customer Their service is pathetic - i spend a full price for a reject.
