GAME CRESTA HAS HORRIFIC SERVICE
Game CRESTA I returned an iron which was still under guarantee. Upon arrival I was told it will take 5-7 and will be delivered at my place. I was told I will get a call or sms within 24hrs after the system is online. Fast forward 21 days letter I got a call to come COLLECT the iron. The lady is adamant she didn’t say it will be delivered in 5-7. I will not let this rest coz a simple apology would have let it rest. I know what I heard I even texted my partner we should not purchase a new one given it will be delivered soon.
