GAME CRESTA FULL OF LIES, DECEIT AND EMPTY PROMISES
Lies, deceits and empty promises is Game's order of the day. I booked an item in for repair which Game Cresta's store manager sold to me in a faulty condition and I was told not to mind as it had a 2 year warranty and I could book it in for repair at any time until I had to visit the store to book it in. It took almost an hour to have the item booked in as each manager gave different opinions instead of just booking the item. Sadly enough, the item was kept until 26th of August 2021 which was the day in which the item had reached 365 days (12 months) from the date of purchased. I was then sent an SMS under the pretence that the item had returned from a successful repair by a repair agent which was a way of deceiving me. I got home only to find that the item had not been fixed and it was as dead as it was sold to me,why a retail as big as Game would sell faulty products to the public I don't know. I returned the item back and I was told the item was then out of guarantee as it had reached 367 days yet it was their plan to play me a fool not knowing that their store manager who assisted me told me the item was having a 2 year guarantee.
It is very sad that lies have now become a form of business practice in Game stores. The fact that customers are subjected to such ********* business conducts and without fulfilling a single of all the promises displayed on their walls should not be let to sleep. I will never buy anything from Game Stores again, the service SUCKS!
