Game (Cresta) fridge not delivered and the driver is rude and tardy

I bought a fridge at Game on Friday and was promised delivery by Saturday. It's Monday and the delivery company, CV Transportation, is giving me the run around. First the driver says he is 5mins away and then I wait for an hour. When I just called him he said he can't indicate a time as to when he can come. Meanwhile my food is rotting...
