GAME CRESTA CALL CENTER WORSE SERVICE EVER

Game Cresta call center, BAD SERVICE! i purchased a TV from them last year, however on Wednesday 04.06.2018 when I switched it on one of the 'pixels" were out. I tried contacting them as to how i go about getting it repaired as it is still under warranty, they DID NOT want to help me , kept putting me through to different people , while I'm holding on a guy named Marsilo/*M****lo was having a separate conversation and then cut the call when he realized he didn't put me on hold. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
