Game, Cresta - bad service delivery!!!

Further to my initial review of Game, Cresta today, I received calls from various individuals at random times during the morning and early afternoon about my chairs. Each person acknowledged that my chairs had not been delivered but they had no idea why. They then reiterated that they did not deliver on Sundays and asked if they could deliver tomorrow. My answer was "NO" and I repeatedly had to inform them that I worked and would not be home during the week. I asked them not to keep calling to tell me the same story and stressed that they would need to find someone to put the chairs in their car and deliver these to my house today. At around 13:30 I received an sms followed by a call to say that the courier would be delivering the chairs to my house. When the courier arrived they insisted that the chairs had not been given to them yesterday to be delivered (and that they had in fact delivered similar chairs to another customer yesterday). They also said that they do deliver on Sundays (they deliver every day of the week!). I hate being **** to and it appears that the staff at Game Cresta think that their customers are all stupid and can be fobbed off with a bunch of lies. Game Cresta appears to lack a system to check whether what was supposed to be delivered to customers has in fact been delivered on a daily basis. It appears that customers need to chase them as they have no idea about the status of their deliveries. Because they outsource their deliveries Game Cresta appears to absolve themselves of all responsibility! I am still waiting for the store Manager to call me back... Please bear this in mind when purchasing goods from Game in Cresta - they could just give you the run around too...
