Game Credit Facilities = Theft

I had a Game RCS account which I paid up on 15 December 2017. To date I am still getting calls and text messages saying my account is in arrears, this after I have told their collections department that the account has been settled which they are able to see on their system. This matter has also been taken to the ombudsmen. I wany to warn everyone not to make use of the credit facilities at Game. They are *******!
