Game: credit disappear - service centre operators horribly *********** and unfriendly - dropping phone

Game account and call centre horror!!! Available money disappears - call centre act as if they can't hear me!!! Game customers support call centre is horrible! I called 10 times. Either the call is dropping or the person claims they cant hear me! Alredy wasted R45 airtime!

I want to know why yesterday I had ober R1000 credit left and today is MINUS R540!!!

On the app shows two debit order attempts has been returned. Why two???

I paid full installment plus extra amount BEFORE the debit order was taken!!

You even confirmed payment with sms!!!
