Game Credit Card

Game Credit card cancelled 1st May 2025, 25th July i get debited R15 when i call they say card cancellation in on hold due to card protection fee that goes off my credit card and that i need to send a separate email to policies... to get it cancelled. no one has ever called regarding this only when i inquire about the R15 i get told this, how many R15 are you guys making off clients?
