Game continually puts my account in arrears with the credit bureau dispute being paid as per negotiated debt review. WHY????

Game account is under debt review however game continually puts my account as "arrears" with transunion despite the fact that this has been negotiated and concluded with the debt review company??? Please update your records. Payment is received as per what has been negotiated and accepted so why am I continually put as "arrears" with the credit bureau by game. Correct this
