Game Complaint Russel Hobbs

I bought a Russel Hobbs water dispenser unit from Game Vincent. It unfortunately was the display unit and only one left. I paid full price for the unit and even though it does heat and cool the water it makes a terrible loud noise while doing so. I do not have good faith in Game customer service therefore I choose this channel to lay my complaint.
