Hi Game,

Absolute the worst service I have ever received!!!!

From Wednesday trying to take out a cellphone contract, that I was approved for that I could not get that is advertised in your booklet until October (which I feel is **** advertising!) and I will definitely look to see who I can point this out to.

The service is pathetic I received at your baywest branch, and that not only being the staffs problem but your head offices problem. They have absolutely no support from your head office and from a deal sheet to communication, I believe this is your worst problem. I never received feedback and every time I get there, I'm left leaving with absolutely no answers. Your staff did not get hold of any person at your head office. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. Everyday after being there 3 times, driving out my petrol and an absolute waist of my lunch hours, just to see I cant pay the fee for the connection at the till until I tried to cancel and head office have closed the system. This left me that I could not even get a contract from any other store.

Your store has cost me so much money and time wasted that I will never shop at a game store ever again and that I will tell every person I know or get in contact with of the bad customer service you deliver. Thanks to a normal vodacom store for effortlessly sorting out a contract for me that took under 30mins and I was out the store.

May a manager or someone that takes pride in their position read this email, as I would have handled this situation much differently and as they say the customer is the most important, Game does not take that to heart!
