Game close my account now please!

Since I've been trying to close my account for almost three weeks, I'm really angry with Game. Acceptable, I paid the settlement sum, but they did not remove the debit order after receiving my documents proving my bank account and other information, which I sent, and today I received another statement. I'm sick of it, RCS. This is not acceptable.
