Game Clearwater Mall worst customer service ever

I purchased a Bounchking trampoline from Game Clearwater Mall on there black friday special. After setting up the trampoline my boys proceed to bounch on the trampoline just after an hour of jumping the one T support of the trampoline broke. I proceed to pack up the trampoline back in its original box and took it back to Game Clearwater Mall on the 5th December 2023, I spoke to the returns department on which they called me the store manager and the department manager on which they said they will take back the broken trampoline and fetch on from Game Cresta as they do not have stock of that trampoline in store,

Its been a week now and nobody from Game Clearwater Mall has contacted me back, I even went to the store to go and find out what is going on as nobody is coming back to me. When i was at the store the store manager has already knocked off and they tried to call her but with no answer.

Game Clearwater Mall is sitting with the broken trampoline and i have received nothing back from them, my kids are heartbroken as they do enjoy jumping on a trampoline.

This is the worst customer service ever and i will recommend to everybody to think twice before purchasing anything from Game stores especially Game Clearwater Mall.
