Game Clearwater Mall - Riley Bicycle

I bought a Riley bicycle at Game clearwater mall for my child. The bike does not ride upwards it only rides/slides downwards or on some flat surface.

The Game store manager at clearwater mall (on duty on 15 March 2024 11 am) and the Riley bicycles technician refused to assist me, the manager refused to refund me my money. They humiliated me in front on customers telling me my child must ride the bike harder and harder, the bike it perfectly fine, my child my learn to ride hard. I spent 1,5 hours in the store.

I did not know that when you buy a Riley bicycle from Game in Clearwater mall you must tell your child to ride harder and harder upwards and push him/her to ride the bike upwards, because the bike cannot ride upwards by itself.

It has been terrible having a bike that embarasses my child. To me this is totally unacceptable. This happened on 15 March 2024.

I am now waiting for assistance from Game customer service.
