Game Clearwater mall pathetic service
would just like to bring to your attention of what pathetic customer service I have received at your Clearwater water branch, I requested for assistance with a lock up cage which had mark down PS3 game’s I waited for more then 20 minutes while the manager on duty walked pass me twice without asking if needed assistance eventually when I asked for the assistance he was very rude and said I should have asked for assistance he cannot smell I need help. This needs to be addressed ASAP as I will be forwarding this complaint to higher Levels

Please do not reply and say that this will be handle with the management team and absolutely nothing gets done, I would feedback on this matter in every step that will be taken, it is utter BS to be treated this way taking in consideration that business are closing down and the economy is suffering and the unemployment rate is currently at 30% + if your staff is so un happy in their their jobs that puts food in their table then they need to leave and make space for someone who will appreciate what they have.
