Game Clearwater Mall failed us:(

hello. on the 15 Dec, I purchased a gas stove mom at game clearwater mall, Mom being excited she didn't use the stove then. She decided to make a cabinet for the stove. In January after the Christmas hype was over she installed a cabinet to suit the stove. Little did I know that the gas stove was going to explode on my mom. A 65 year old who was in state of shock. Game was contacted we spoke to the manager who didn't want to take accountability. I was asked to send game the certificate of the installer, this stove didn't require any installation . I asked them a question that upon purchase I was not informed that this stove required a qualified a electrician .The lady that sold me the stove game a dermo because she said this was first that was brought in the shop, so since it was during the festive season she cant state when they will deliver again. I decided to take stove with the impression that GAME is reputable retailer should I experience any challenges I should be able to return .The manager didn't not want to hear my mothers story she was dismissed. My mother is still not at ease she feels her rights a consumer were violated, her Blood Pressure went up extremely after this incident to this day she is uncomfortable in using a gas stove. I require further assistance please or my money refunded , game has cost not harm to mom emotionally but also the cabinet purchased
