Game, Clearwater is a waste of your time and money

I purchased a defective Bennet Read vacuum cleaner and upon returning it to the store I was informed that they collect items on Wednesdays to take in for repairs. They said that I would have the item returned the following Wednesday. I called the store on Wednesday afternoon because I had not heard back from them. The first call ended in me being hung up on. I called back only to be told the person who worked with Bennet Read products was on lunch; but they would put me through to customer service to try and assist. I waited on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked to speak with the store manager. I was put through to someone named Lucas who sounded like he was was taking a nap right before answering the call. His demeanor during the conversation was fitting of a person who was irritated because they had been woken up from the nap. Lucas further informed me that they had a 21 day turnaround time or waiting period. I was furious because this was not what was communicated to me. He sounded like he did not have time to be dealing with my query and interrupted me whilst speaking several times. He also promised to call me back before the end of the day to give me feedback on the progress of the return. I have not heard back from him. Game, can someone please assist me as I am so frustrated with the service at the Clearwater Mall store. I need to know what is happening and when I can expect my machine back.
