Game Clear Water unprofessional customer service.

I went to Game Clear Water Mall to return my iron which was faulty on the 23rd May 2025. The service I received there was horrible from the customer service the ladies ignored me, when I thought I was going to be assisted a lady took my slip and left me there and attended to another client. When she decided to assist me, she took forever and assisted other clients in between booking in my iron. I decided to do a bit of shopping at the store to my disappointment even after that the lady was not finished booking in my iron. The lady was very unprofessional I left without confirmation of my iron repair receipt.
