Game Clear Water poor service !!

Purchased an item (Dishwasher) last week Thursday in the store at Clear Water, was told it would be delivered in Saturday (30th Nov) but hear nothing until lunch time when I needed to phone after Game and their staff to get some sort of feedback. After a difficult conversation with the appliance area I was told I would get a call back, and this I did. They told me driver has my number and delivery would be today. But once again no feedback at 17:30 the afternoon. Also can’t get hold of anyone on the numbers I was given
