GAME CITY VIEW SUCK

my son went into Game City View on Tuesday the 20th November to buy a samsung tv that was advertised. He dealt with a salesman Ugendran who told him that the tv was coming in on Thursday and my son should first pay for it and he will call him on Thursday to collect. He said that 2 units were ordered and were arriving on Thursday. I made several calls to the store yesterday enquiring about my paid for tv but noone seem to know anything. The Manager Aslam promised to look into my query regarding when I am to get my tv and promised to call me back yesterday. he failed to call me back. I then again today called Game but could not get hold of Aslam. i then spoke to another manager Praveen who was very rude and unsympathetic to me. He said no tvs were in stock and none were ordered for me!!! I then asked him why they took our money without even ordering the tv for us. he then became irate and shouted at me. he has no idea when i am going to ever get my tv. why then take my money!!! i have lost out on other good deals at dion and takealot because i was expecting this tv which we had paid for.
