Game Circus Triangle bad service

I bought a Defy fridge from a Game store in Mthatha last year. The fridge however is currently no longer functional. I attended to inform Games store who then allocated a Vuyani Mtika (an agent) who has up until now not visited my place. He is now making unreasonable demands for me to avail myself in the morning during the working hours which would be 9am.I am without a functional fridge for four weeks now. I was only given DEFYs contact number yet I did not by a fridge from DEFY but game stores.
