Game - Chest freezer refund waiting over 3 weeks...

Ordered a chest freezer online on the 29th of December 2022. Expected Delivery date was the 5th... Never delivered and I cancelled the order as they could not give me any details where this is or when it will be delivered. They cancelled/refunded the money on the 9th of Jan and said it will take 3-5 working days for the money to be back in my account... Well we are in February keep phoning and no one seems to have answers as I am still waiting for my R3199 to be refunded!
