Game Century City

Good Day,

I’ve recently visited the Game at Century City.

The till did not give the promotional discount. I was then informed to go to customer service to get the difference on what was paid vs what the promotional total was. It took the staff 45 minutes, 3 people later to have been able to provide me with the R22.98 “refund”. It baffles me how a manager, can battle to do a simple thing like this. This is clearly proof of the incompetence of the level of staff at this store.

I am extremely frustrated at this point.
