Game Centurion Mall's Horrible Service!!!

I wish I could give minus rating... I bought an item online and waited a week for them to confirm my pick-up. So I get the sms and come to the Centurion Mall Game... Firstly the lady serves me as if she's doing me a favour... She then tells me my item was not delivered to this store I must fetch it from Four ways which is about 50km away or else I must wait until they deliver it... And she can't tell me when they will deliver? I mean I'm standing here for almost 40mins and they have no answer for me?
