Game Centurion Late Deliveries
Ordered a chest freezer online for delivery. Did not deliver in the said time frame. Followed up and they gave me a date of delivery. They did not deliver on this date, and also didn't provide any feedback.
Enquired again and got a new date for delivery. Still did not deliver on said date, and no communication. Followed up again, got feedback that the courier left without picking up the order because the store (Game Centurion) took too long to load the item.
Called in to get an update. Was informed that it was with escalation department and that I can receive feedback in 24 to 48 hours.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a store.
