Game Centurion is the worst, don't waste your money and time.

I bought a washing machine at Game Centurion Mall on 25 November 2022. The sale assistance confirmed that the machine was in stock and would be put aside for me. I then scheduled delivery for 03 December 2022. In the morning of the 3rd I called Game Centurion to confirm the delivery and the lady on the phone was very rude and she cut my call. I then waited the whole Saturday awaiting the delivery, and I am still waiting even on this day. I have called the store numerous times and each person tells me a different story. The store assistants are very rude and they lie as they have promised to call me back and resolve the matter. The keep telling me different stories as they keep on promising that my washing machine will be delivered the next day all the time. I am utterly disappointed in the store, their ways of doing business and their sales assistants ( all of them are rude by the way). I would not recommend anyone to use the store unless they are ready to be insulted and not receiving any service.
