Game Centurion Bad Service

Went to Game waned to buy something on mobicred. Asked a staff memberber about it she said it is not activated on their system. Asked her have Game followed up with mobicred, she said no. They have been waiting since beginning of the year. So why has there no follow up been don?? Then laybayed some items were told come back in 15 min there is a que. Came back an Indian guy at the layby department was so unhelpful not sure why he is even working there. Then went to customer service in the front and then a lady shouts from the front to someone asking for something. How professional is this???? This store will not see me again. I feel there is staff there that should not be there that does nothing and very unhelpful.
